Action ME - Hear me, Influence M.E.

SEE M.E. (Support, Empower and Employ people with M.E.)

This is a three year project which aims to establish a CFS/ME 'observatory' through a research collaboration between AfME and research institutions to produce and facilitate high-quality epidemiological and social research, in response to the needs of people with CFS/ME and their carers.

Establish CFS/ME Observatory for epidemiological & social research

This group provides support for individuals and families across the UK affected by M.E/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. This project will allow the group to set up partnership steering groups in four locations in Scotland, and develop an education support service for families and schools.

Educate M.E.

The funding will be used by a charity to run a consultation event that will raise awareness of the needs of young people who are living with the effects of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (M.E) or fabricated induced Illness, supporting intervention family support when needed.

Support M.E. - Children's Services

This project will provide a programme of workshops developed by and for children and young people with M.E. This will increase emotional wellbeing, positive empowerment and increase postive relationships with peers.
