The project will train young people to assess certain partner organisations (third sector) providing youth services in B&NES with a view to evaluating how well the organisation meets the needs and interests of young people. Providing the Voice of the User.

Youth Voice

Weekly LGBT youth group sessions for young people interested in campaigning and getting involved in projects relating to advancing LGBT Equality.

SPACE Activists

To deliver quality mental health care to young people living in one of the most deprived areas of B&NES, including free and confidential 1:1 support by trained staff and counsellors.

To increase awareness of and accessibility to free mental health care for young people living in deprived areas in B&NES where we currently operate such as Keynsham and Midsomer Norton.

Strengthening financial and organisational resilience by employing a community fundraiser who will build on the foundations already in place to enable the management team to better fulfil their roles.

The project improves the emotional health and wellbeing of vulnerable young people. They provide a range of free services including counselling, listening support/coaching, youth participation, advocacy and specialist groups, such as a young parents group, support for care leavers and a LGBT+ focused youth group.

LGBT+ Service

Off the Record Bath and North East Somerset provides counselling and advocacy to improve the emotional health and wellbeing of young people. This grant will ensure that young people are fully involved in the running and decision making of the organisation
