This will provide the beneficiaries with a qualification and transferable skills which will enable them to progress into further education or access employment opportunities.

This expansion of an existing project will provide a monthly music event for young people in South Gloucestershire to showcase their talents, and to provide a weekend social outlet in a rural area with little to occupy young people. The events take the format of five bands playing to an average audience of 300 young people. The management of the events is undertaken by the young people themselves, including technical and stage setup and promotion. An entry fee of Â£1 covers the cost of providing security._x000B_

Premix

This new project will reach out to disadvantaged and NEET young people in Bristol City Centre, giving them opportunities to develop work-based skills to get them back into work, education or training. Initial engagement will happen through workshops in art, music, film and editing. Following this will be an eight-week programme, Bright Futures, exploring CV writing and interview techniques, and afterwards the chance to become an apprentice at City of Bristol College, or take a further skills-based course.

This grant supports CYN to develop and scale the impact of ‘We the 33%’, their flagship youth voice programme. In this phase of the programme, CYN will aim to increase the number of young people supported, enhance evaluation and share their learning more widely.

A project by this arts foundation in Bristol to set up an urban academy of performing arts to give young people in disadvantaged communities the opportunity to learn new skills.

This registered charity support young people's development. This project will enable young people to specifically develop their artistic skills in a way which interests them. Young people will be able to choose their form of creative artwork and work with specialist artists in their field of expertise. Their artwork will then be displayed for the public to enjoy.

This is a project by a charity in Bristol. The group will use the funding to run a fashion workshop course, based on the theme of recycling, and personal development sessions for young people who are NEET. This will enable beneficiaries to learn new skills, including sewing, spreadsheets, word documents, event management and interview techniques, to help gain voluntary work experience and increase employment opportunities.
